**Position Summary**:
As an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper your typical day will impact in the following ways:
Effectively organize and oversee all office duties including all filing.

Preparing and sending out invoices to our customers.

Ensure optimal customer relations by responding effectively to customer requests.

Monitor, advise and collect on customer accounts.

Receive and enter payments on account.

Experience with Sage 50.

Experience in Ontario WSIB and ETH (employer health tax).

Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Complete required month-end procedures.

Managing and monitoring all administration duties.

Maintain vehicle maintenance log on a regular basis.

Maintaining petty cash system with accurate recording of cash distributed and receipts/signed vouchers for each transaction.

Remit source deductions, monthly corporate tax payment and meet government deadlines.

Entering and updating all documentation and miscellaneous monthly billing charges as applicable.

Receiving invoices and inputting them into the system.

Performing other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and basic bookkeeping.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
- Solid understanding of cooperative principles.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to speak a second language is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
