**_ Responsibilities:_**

**_ Qualifications:_**
- A four-year Business Degree (HR major) and a minimum of two years related experience.

- Two-year Diploma (HR major) and a minimum of four years of related experience.

- Equivalent combination of education may be considered.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Talent Acquisition processes, collective agreements, policies and practices,

- Must remain current with human resource issues through membership in human resource associations, attendance at
- conferences and seminars, and reviewing human resource literature.- A Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or equivalent would be an asset.

**Salary Range**
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $35.06 - $48.51 Hourly, $
67,173.34- $92,947.40 Annually.
