**Career Opportunity - Carrier Enterprise Canada**

**Position: Shipper/Receiver (6 Months Contract)**

**Reporting to**:Sales Centre Manager**

**Location: Winnipeg East, Manitoba**

**Who We Are**: Carrier Enterprise Canada (CEC) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CEC offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best-in-class customer service and valuable, time-saving services that positions CEC as an industry leader. With 36 locations in Canada and over 150+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processing and Managing new Commercial orders from Territory Managers, Inside Sales Reps.
- Managing orders by sourcing product from factory/third party vendors, keep sales and customers updated with status of all open jobs, scheduling deliveries to meet crane appointments as per customer request.
- Making necessary changes, additions, deletions, substitutions, or cancellations to equipment orders as required, including arranging for modifications to equipment.
- First point of contact for customers for order/delivery updates.
- Invoicing and forecasting monthly sales.
- Managing extended warranty purchase/registrations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment and/or a post-secondary HVAC education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, independent worker who can work to meet deadlines and multitask in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft office and outlook
- Bilingual (English/French) with strong communication and interpersonal skills
