**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial statements.
- Perform auditing tasks to assess the accuracy of financial information and adherence to regulations.
- Provide support in corporate finance activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage for efficient bookkeeping and reporting.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights on account analysis and performance metrics.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving financial performance.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, auditing, and financial services.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
