Objectif

Ce poste est responsable de la supervision et de la direction des fonctions de contrôle financier au sein de l'organisation. Il implique de garantir l'exactitude et l'intégrité des registres financiers, de développer et maintenir des contrôles internes complets, ainsi que de diriger les processus de reporting financier. Le Directeur régional des finances travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la direction exécutive et l'équipe financière afin d'assurer la conformité aux normes comptables et aux exigences réglementaires.

Responsabilités
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des contrôles internes complets pour protéger les actifs de l'entreprise et garantir l'intégrité financière.
  • Examiner et approuver les écritures comptables, les rapprochements de comptes et les états financiers.
  • Diriger la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes comptables, aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux exigences réglementaires.
  • Identifier et résoudre les écarts dans les registres et rapports financiers.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et procédures financières.
  • Fournir des conseils et une formation aux membres de l'équipe financière sur les processus de contrôle financier.

  • Plus de 11 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 7 ans en gestion d'équipe.

Purpose

This position is responsible for overseeing and directing the financial control functions within the organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, developing and maintaining comprehensive internal controls, and leading financial reporting processes. The Regional CFO will work closely with executive leadership and the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reports.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to finance team members on financial control processes.

Certifications

Education

Master's degree in related discipline or a Bachelor's degree in a related field and CPA designation is required.

Experience

11+ years of experience, of which at least 7 leading a team
