As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented **Sales Representative** to join our growing team.
**Position Summary**
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our signage products and services across Canada. This remote-based role involves managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities. You will act as a knowledgeable ambassador of our brand, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage client accounts to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to expand market presence
- Customize sales approaches to align with individual client goals and industry demands
- Conduct presentations (virtually and in person) to promote products and services
- Maintain and update client interactions and pipeline data using the company CRM
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and promotional initiatives
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through strategic account management
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B or non-retail sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop account plans, and close deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient with PC-based software, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and ability to travel across Canada (up to 50%, including overnight trips)
**Working Conditions**
- Remote work setup with required travel to client sites
- Driving (1-4 hours) and occasional air travel within Canada
- Frequent use of a computer, including fine motor tasks (mouse and keyboard use)
- Screen time of up to 8 hours daily
**Training Provided**
You will receive hands-on training in our office and warehouse and a comprehensive overview of our sales process.

**Preferred Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
