**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership**
- Follows all policies, procedures, and practices for a smooth operation
- Ensure everyone is following Konscious’ mission and values
- Demonstrate effective project management and continuous improvement skills.
- Participate, collaborate and communicate with your team members to ensure a caring and supportive work environment is achieved

**Financial**
- Control departmental operating costs ensuring all product orders are produced on time with no shortfall in quality or quantity
- Accountable for production costs, labour utilization, yields, results of operations and cost improvements in their production area

**Operations**
- Oversight of daily activities and shift planning
- Work collaboratively and supporting with all other functional departments in Operations to ensure best quality and safety practices are maintained
- Ensure proper training and instruction to all employees in Production
- Stimulate, motivate and coach employees regarding their performance
- Ensure clear and open communication within the Production department
- Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss and working towards achieving an accident-free facility

**Requirements**:

- Must demonstrate ability to schedule employees and production shifts within a fast-paced multi-shift environment
- Ability to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment while juggling multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proven experience of leading teams in a shift environment
- Well-developed written and communication skills, and ability to exercise timely and good judgment in day-to-day business decisions
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by your Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
