We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented team member to support our fast-paced operations with both administrative coordination and financial management using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
**What You’ll DoAdministrative & Project Coordination**:
- Support internal teams with project documentation and task tracking
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials
- Assemble and edit reports, submittals, and internal documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Track project deliverables and provide status updates as needed
- Assist with travel booking, courier pickups, and office supply management
**Bookkeeping & Financial Support**
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Post general ledger entries and prepare monthly summaries
- Ensure proper documentation and support for all expenses
**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably using QuickBooks Online
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication—professional, clear, and friendly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in startup, healthcare, or tech environments is an asset
