**The Role**
- Support the AdmitONE brand vision and values and ensures alignment in providing AdmitONE client’s with Positive Shareable Experiences
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to building shows for the new clients.
- Efficient in building a seat map for new clients
- Liaising with clients for any assistance needed with the AdmitONE platform
- Lead the intake for new event/venue/show requirements
- Ensure the show/event maintenance on continuous basis
- Key contact in understanding the ongoing client’s requirement and queries.
- Maintains effective communication with clients in order to cultivate long-lasting relationships
- Lead and support with Quick response times to tight turnarounds for the client requests
- Use of Square to process manual payments
- Ensure flexibility in setting up and rolling out custom ticket types
- Provide support and assistance to the Head of AdmitONE in all areas of client services
- Responsible for financial settlements with clients after events take place
- Providing reporting needs from onsale to completion of the event
- Liaison with venues and promoters for onsite software and hardware requirements
- Manage inventory and ticket printing requirements as needed by clients
- Other duties as required
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Ability to work a full time schedule from Monday to Friday
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with those both inside and outside the business

**Terms & Expectations**
- Due to the nature of the work, after hours correspondence may be required
