**Requirements**:
**The Systems and Application Support role often requires responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions. Knowing this, the following duties and responsibilities include**:

- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
- Assisting with systems integrations
- Managing tickets within the company provided ticketing system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures, system catalogs, configurations, and changes
- Maintaining a knowledge base of common solutions and best practices
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Managing coordination of Systems and IT resources where required
- Delivering regular and customized training to various teams
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
- Developing reports for various teams
- Provide timely and effective responses to user inquiries and requests.

**KSA’S (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES, and PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)**
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Company ERP systems and experience with system integration using API’s
- Desire for continuous learning of new technical skills
- Proven database experience (e.g. SQL, SQL Server, SSRS, Access)
- Experience with web development (JavaScript, PHP, HTML) and low-code tools (AppSheet, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of operating systems (esp. Windows), networking, and cloud computing
- Able to configure and troubleshoot hardware components (servers, workstations, etc.)
- Good understanding of best practice security standards and controls

Communication and Collaboration
- Ability to explain complex ideas to people with limited IT and Systems knowledge in a respectful, patient, friendly manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Excellent interpersonal and team participation skills
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Systems/IT team members to address technical challenges and coordinate project execution.
