We looking for a dedicated HSE Specialist to help lead and support safety programs across our DNOW, Dura Products, and TS&M Supply branches. This is a great opportunity to take your passion for safety to the next level and contribute to a strong, safety-first culture across our organization.
**What You’ll Do**
- Promote and support DNOW’s safety program through daily engagement, coaching, and training.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments; recommend and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist with incident investigations, reporting, and support WCB and return-to-work programs.
- Deliver training and ensure compliance with provincial and federal safety regulations.
- Partner with employees and leaders across locations to ensure HSE best practices are implemented and understood.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and help manage safety-related software and databases.
- Travel to branch locations to support HSE activities.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Education or certification in Occupational Health & Safety preferred.
- Experience in oil & gas or industrial settings is an asset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Comfortable using safety systems and tools such as ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Veriforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to branch locations as required.
