**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff members on cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Participate in room cleaning and stay over service when needed
- Inspect rooms and facilities regularly to guarantee they meet hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels
- Address customer complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
