The Co-Environmental Services Supervisor/Manager is responsible and accountable for the provision of effective Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance Services for the Home, residents and staff in collaboration with the Environmental Services Supervisor/Manager. Ensures the Home, it's equipment and linens are in a state of good repair and cleanliness.- Must have completed Secondary School diploma- Minimum of 1 year experience in the maintenance of buildings- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in the maintenance of buildings- Ability to perform minor repairs (ie. Caulking, patching and painting of walls)- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and WHMIS- Strong attention to detail- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment- Working knowledge of Health and Safety Act- Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education- Must understand oral and written instructions- Valid Driver's License
