Summary
As the Service Coordinator, you will support the Sudbury team by managing the day-to-day operations of the Service Department by scheduling service calls, coordinating the activities of our team of technicians, and providing an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external clients. You will play a pivotal role on the Sudbury team by meeting the highest level of customer expectations, internally and externally, through commitment to quality and on-time delivery of service, all with a “think team first” approach.

Role Responsibilities
- Quoting of service requirements requested by customers
- Scheduling and dispatching service technicians for service calls
- Data entry of job details into our system and/or customer portals with a high degree of accuracy
- Coordinating parts required for inspections and or installations based on customer needs or technician requirements
- Receive equipment for servicing in our shop by creating cases, creating work orders and tagging equipment, and following up on the progress as required
- Coordinating/processing customer equipment to be shipped to other service branches or vendors
- Receiving or issuing warehouse transfers (WT) internally to support parts needed for repairs
- Working closely with the Service Admin Team, Service Branch Manager, Eastern Service Admin Team, and local branch technicians to provide an optimal Customer Experience

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years experience in a fast-paced, office administration role supporting both internal and external customers is required
- Experience in scheduling in an industrial or technical capacity is a strong asset
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, committed to Delivering Legendary Customer Service
- Post-Secondary education in business administration or equivalent work experience
- Fast-paced environment, a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure, handle emergency calls and meet deadlines
- You like to Make Quality Personal with a keen attention to detail, exceptional administrative skills, and a natural ability to keep organized and Work Smart amid diverse activities and priorities
- Positive can-do nature and thrives in a team environment, where keeping things fun is key
