Functional Architecture Advisor

TEHORA is currently looking for a Functional Architecture Advisor with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.

**Description of work or deliverables**:
Design, develop and maintain the system architecture;
Maintain functional rules, user interface rules and general functional principles;
Design and maintain treatment models;
Provide support to functional analysts by ensuring compliance with the needs and orientations identified in the architecture as well as the established standards;
Provide analysts with the concepts, details and solution issues at the start of work;
Accompany and offer support to the client in his needs analysis;
Guide customers in the search for solutions by considering the business model, the value chains, the business objectives and the expected benefits, the business functions, the information collected, produced, stored and communicated, the

management indicators as well as other functional architecture perspectives;
Accompany and provide support to analysts in the development of impact analyses;
Perform quality assurance of deliverables;
Participate in the development of functional specifications leading to the design of prototypes;
Evaluate the reliability of the prototypes, documentation of the results and integration of the conclusions into the architecture of the new system;
Review functional test specifications, participate in integrated functional tests and system tests;
Participate in the definition of the implementation strategy;
Participate in the planning and design of new systems;
Prepare production files;
Coordinate and provide support to the production teams and the new systems development team;
Provide support to other members of the development team;
Render opinions on request, to inform the organization on business decisions in IR, position projects, structure business or IR functions, ensure the consistency of departmental interventions related to IR, etc.;
Ensure alignment with the departmental enterprise architecture;
Monitor and determine the use of industry best practices, in particular to focus functional architecture work on just enough and just in time to support decision-making and establish the scope of the various

components assigned to project teams;
If necessary, advise teams on prioritizing system development requests;
Participate in the identification of issues, opportunities, impacts and benefits of the process review on the current and Target business architecture;
Carry out any other activity relevant to a mandate in functional architecture.

**Deliverables Including**:
Up-to-date functional architecture models;
Descriptions of functional rules, interface, and general functional principles;
Conceptual models of treatments;
Structure of wages;
Functional specifications supporting the design of a prototype;
Production start-up file;
Matrices of components, establishing links between panes, with segments, or within panes and segments;
Opinions, positioning files and recommendations on orientation and compliance issues, in particular when a project is submitted to the authorities for review or approval as part of an opportunity or business file;
Recommended roadmaps to reach target situations, recommendations for the integration of this map in the portfolio of ministerial projects;
Work plans and other documents required for the preparation, execution and follow-up of functional architecture mandates;
PowerPoint presentations to present the work accomplished during the committees, if necessary;
End of intervention report including observations, possible solutions, lessons learned and recommendations;
Any other deliverables related to previous activities.

**Requirements**:
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of information technology;
Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a functional architecture consultant, within the last five (5) years.

Assets

Hold an undergraduate university degree in computer science or in a discipline related to the profile and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education. Equivalence held under government standards is accepted;
Have used a structured development method using methodologies such as Macroscope and Agile or other similar methodologies.
