Customer Service Coordinator

**Position Summary**
As our** Customer Service Coordinator** you will produce accurate and complete quotations in response to inquiries made by our sales team, field technician, and customers. You will gather supplier inventory status and pricing data and send quotes to the team within the required time. The role will also follow up with the team/customer, schedule service calls, track inventory, maintain detailed filing systems, and assist the accounting team with invoicing process. Other duties as required.

**Position Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely administrative support to the Director, Technicians and our clients
- Prepare quotes as requested and within the required timeframe.
- Regular follow-ups with customers on the status of pending quotes.
- Track success/failure rate of quotes
- **Develop strong relationships with customers, internal staff, and all suppliers.**:
- Sourcing parts from various suppliers to ensure the best price guarantee.
- Purchase products once the quote is approved by the customer.
- Maintain and update the pricing history database.
- Resolve pricing discrepancies on customer orders and invoices as required.
- Other duties assigned as required.
**Position Requirements**:
- Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma program or equivalent work experience
- Experience in general office administration in the trades/construction sector is preferred
- Quoting and purchasing experience is an asset
- **A strong aptitude to learn on the job**:
- Sound analytical thinking, time management, prioritization, and execution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and solid business acumen
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong diplomatic, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organization skills and a strong sense of urgency with a customer service mindset
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
