**Job Overview**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a High-Rise Assistant Finishing Site Superintendent, located in Etobicoke, ON. The Assistant Finishing Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and supervising suite finishing works. This role involves developing & monitoring schedules, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all construction standards and regulations. The individual will collaborate closely with the Senior Site Superintendent to ensure project timelines and quality objectives are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control measures and compliance with safety regulations.
- Review blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
- Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Train and mentor junior staff in construction practices and safety protocols.
- Oversee Suite Finishing from Studs to Occupancy.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using construction management software, including ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Experience in managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
- Skills in quality control, supervision of finishing work, and monitoring schedules.
- Experience with Tarion & bulletin 19 works.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, construction standards, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Experience with high-rise construction & suite finishing.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
