**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Live-In Superintendent to join our team at a prestigious high-rise condominium in Toronto. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing teams, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

**Duties**
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance schedules and inventory management.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance and repair tasks.
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and responsive to resident and building needs.
- Foster a culture of safety by enforcing compliance with safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to enhance team capabilities and ensure high standards of work.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Must reside on-site as part of the role

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a condominium environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience is essential.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, and boilers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to analyze problems critically and implement effective solutions.
