CloudMD offers SaaS-based health technology solutions to healthcare providers across North America. - Working at Oncidium offers the opportunity to participate in the rapidly growing employer health market with the chance to create synergies and new health products and services for organizations across Canada._ **Position Summary: We are urgently in need of a highly analytical and detail-oriented “Assessment Center Coordinator" to join our growing team of rehabilitation, disability management, and administrative healthcare professionals to work at our major client's main health centers located in Ottawa, ON**. They are a growing employer in the Independent Medical Evaluation health market specializing in P&C, IMEs, and Employer Health. As an Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for complete the day-to-day operation of the center that completes independent medical assessments and ensuring that our claimants have a pleasant experience while attending an assessment. The Assessment Coordination team is client-focused and deadline-driven. The overall mandate requires all assessments to be completed according to each client's guidelines and service excellence standard **No of Open positions**: 1 **Job Status**: Casual, Part-time (Approx. 20hrs / weekly) **Responsibilities**: - Be the first great impression for our clients’ experience. - Answering phone calls and transferring calls promptly and responding to inquiries - Completing Reminder calls within defined due dates. - Returning all messages within defined service standards. - Cleaning Assessment rooms after each assessment. - Ensuring waiting rooms are clean. - Ensuring Assessor needs are met. - Check-in examinees and verify the claimant’s identification. - Ensuring all intake forms are completed and tracked for internal assessments promptly. - Recording appointment outcomes and mailing Notice Letters. - Arranging Taxi, Translation, and Chaperone services. - Performing administrative duties as needed. - Daily review of Assessment Centre Schedules and reporting of results to Team Lead/Director. - Adherence to strong communication and exceptional customer skills. - Make recommendations for workflow efficiencies using a collaborative approach. - Resolve day-to-day Claimant questions/issues and escalate as required. - Assist with daily issues/concerns from both internal and external customers. - In Complex cases, obtain assistance from Team Lead and/or Director of Operations and/or other members of the team. **Details of Work**: - Location of work: 1929 Russell Road, Suite 312, Ottawa, ON - Hours of Work: Regular Business Hours - Pay range: Shall commensurate with experience. **Skills & Qualifications** **Must Have**: - High school diploma or college/university degree or preferred equivalent experience. - Minimum of 1 year of related industry experience. **Skill Requirements**: - Ability to support departmental and organizational goals and objectives. - Highly tentative and detail oriented. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and respond to multiple changing demands and deadlines with demonstrated ability to work under pressure of competing demands. **COVID-19 precaution(s)**: - Remote interview process - Personal protective equipment provided or required - Social distancing guidelines in place - Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
