**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial **Sales Executive** to lead and grow our inbound and outbound sales efforts across all Armored Inc. locations. This individual will work out of our Burlington head office and report directly to the owner. This is a fast-paced, high-opportunity role for someone who is confident managing leads, building strong partnerships, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all incoming leads and inbound sales calls across all Armored Inc. locations.
- Coordinate and track leads using **Urbale CRM** and **Lead Connector** systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, including automotive dealerships and marine businesses.
- Implement and grow a **corporate business campaign** to target fleet and commercial clients.
- Travel as needed to secure retail and corporate partnerships.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize our sales funnel and digital campaigns.
- Ensure **social media content** is current; oversee photo/video content uploads and support branding consistency across platforms.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates directly to the owner.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using CRMs and digital sales tools (familiarity with Urbale and Lead Connector is a strong asset).
- Knowledge of the automotive or marine industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, energetic, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Ontario as required.
**Compensation**:
This is a **100% commission-based role** with unlimited earning potential. Top performers can expect to earn **$100,000+ annually** through closed deals, partnerships, and business development initiatives.

Pay: $35,700.00-$125,000.00 per year
