About the Role

As a **Game Host**, you’re the heartbeat of the guest experience at Escape60. You’ll welcome players, brief them before the game, monitor their progress, and deliver a thrilling, memorable experience from start to finish. You are part storyteller, part guide, and part customer service expert—ensuring every group feels immersed, supported, and excited to return.

Key Responsibilities
- **Welcome & Engage Guests**: Greet teams with energy and professionalism, building excitement from the moment they arrive.
- **Game Briefings**: Deliver clear and charismatic instructions, story setups, and safety guidelines before each game.
- **Monitor Gameplay**: Observe live games through cameras and audio feeds, provide hints when needed, and adjust based on group dynamics.
- **Debrief & Celebrate**: After the game, celebrate successes, share stats and secrets, and encourage photos, reviews, and rebookings.
- **Room Resets**: Quickly and accurately reset rooms to ensure puzzles and props are in perfect condition for the next team.
- **Upsell & Promote**: Highlight bar specials, upcoming promotions, and exclusive events to help maximize the guest’s visit.
- **Customer Support**: Handle guest questions or concerns in a friendly, solution-focused way.

What We're Looking For
- **People-first attitude** with strong communication and a playful, professional demeanor
- **Comfort with tech** (CCTV monitors, tablets, timers, walkie-talkies)
- **Reliable, detail-oriented** and able to follow room reset procedures precisely
- **Strong multitasking**—you’ll often be juggling multiple games, resets, and guest interactions
- Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $15.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:
