Job description

Exit Calgary , located in Mount Royal Village, 880 16th ave sw, is a premier reality gaming company specialising in real life escape room games. Our Calgary location features five live escape room experiences with immersive engaging themes.

Job Description: We are looking for energised game hosts with a background in customer service who know how to entertain a crowd. Your job will be to go over the rules and structure of the game with customers, as well as detail the story of their room. While in play, it will be your responsibility to aid the participants and keep an eye on the players. You will be required to reset and clean the rooms after a game has concluded while being responsive to phone calls, customer needs and service inquiries. Game Hosts need to deliver flawless experiences to our customers, be service-orientated while maintaining a professional fun engaging environment. Outside of customer service related tasks, we are continually developing, building and maintaining puzzles of all forms mechanical or programmable.

Great communication skills and practices (verbal and written)

We are particularly looking for individuals who can add their own unique skills to our current team. Please mention any skills that will help with puzzle creation and maintenance. (Computer programming, design or any art related skills).
