**Positec** is looking for a **Lead Territory Manager **to join our Canadian Headquarters, this position is based in Mississauga. You will be a part of developing the future.
**Positec Tool Corporation**, or simply **Positec**, is a manufacturing company that specializes in the production of power tools and lawn and garden equipment. The company's corporate headquarters are located in Suzhou, China and the head of its North American division is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
**Positec** is known for its production of the WORX's; Rockwell Tools brands which can be found in the major big box home retailers; like Lowe's, Target, Amazon, and Walmart.
**About the job**
The **Lead Territory Manager** will be responsible for providing leadership to the Territory Sales Managers. Increase sales revenues and maintain customer relationships.
**Who are you?**
Are you hands-on and believe in leading by example? We are looking for someone who is numbers driven and not afraid to show off their analytical skills. It is essential you have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and SAP Database.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to create and implement sales plans and strategies to territory growth
- Manage the progress and development of Territory Managers through effective follow up and consistent sales review meetings.
- Assist with creating and implementing effective territorial marketing strategies
- Assist Territory Managers with customer meetings to help increase sales and to settle concerns/disputes
- Assess sales performance for Territory Managers
- Prepare sales reports for leadership team in a timely manner
- Assist Territory Managers with discovering new sales opportunities
**Education/Requirements**:
- 4-year business degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a territory manager
- Strong sales leadership experience
- Ability to implement sales strategies
- Able to hit performance KPIs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good leadership and organizational ability
- Problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
