**DESCRIPTION** As a Premium Territory Manager, you'll lead a team of Sales advisors and Merchandising specialists by, leading instore execution To deliver on territory sales plan and KPI targets. Because life happens. - A competitive salary with a full benefits package. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **_What will you do?_** - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve KPI targets. - Provide in-field territory support for sales driven representatives with a hands-on approach. - Train, coach and mentor sales associates that facilitate “best in industry” execution. - Responsible for overseeing and driving operational compliance in health and food standards. - Includes auditing, validation, photo approval and tasks timing for all store level tasks, demo station condition and shelf readiness. - Deliver sales performance against forecast and targets by acting upon best practices and effectively executing business plans and sales strategies throughout the region - Assist in meetings, training sessions, webinars, with strong communication and relationship builder. - Support and maintain strong relationships with existing stakeholders, retailers and business partners, - Drive compliance and participation of all operating initiatives, required certifications, policies and practices etc. - Lead all new location openings, events and program expansion for potential new business. - Conduct regular weekly reviews with business partners and periodic business reviews to review performance. - Applications management for call report issues and non-compliance submissions. **QUALIFICATIONS** **_How will you succeed?_** - Lead a high performing sells team to achieve targets and drive business growth by achieving and exceeding targets. - Strong planning strategies and experience with action planning to close performance gaps. - Coaching and development of high potential employees for succession planning. - Weekly follow ups with low performers and learning gaps. - Weekly & Monthly review of team performance/opportunities for territory responsibility. - Drive customer satisfaction through established company and loyalty programs. - Ensure brand protection and proper food safety execution. - Work with retailers and client for collaboration. - Ensuring company standards and policy are upheld. - Strong time management skill set. - Reporting and rep call submission validations. - Program assets tracking. **_Experience and Qualifications_** - 5 years of team leadership management experience an asset. - Requires a valid driver’s license. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task. - Analytical thinking / persuasive communication skills with a positive attitude. - A willingness to work in a team supported environment. - A proven /demonstrated business success track record. - A strong desire to achieve and passion for excellence. - Both strategic and tactical with a "can-do" attitude and willing hands-on approach. - Maximize sales by pursuing and contacting targeted customers, identifying, and exploring sales opportunities. - Developing action plans for sales opportunities, call targets, and directives, including following up on sales and quotes. - Excellent verbal, and written communication skills. - Demonstrated Management skills, with proven ability to handle difficult discussions with employees and customers. - Demonstrated self starter qualities and result driven ability.
