**Restaurant Assistant / Supervisor - Small Family Donair Shop**

**Job Type**

Part-time (with potential for full time and long-term role)

**About Us**
We are a small, family-owned donair shop known for our fresh ingredients, homemade recipes, and warm, community-focused service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for the right person to help in the kitchen and eventually take the lead during weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer service and cashier duties
- Food preparation: chopping vegetables, marinating meat, making sauces, and dough prep
- Assembling wraps and donairs to order
- Baking fresh bread
- Opening and closing the store
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen
- Managing orders and coordinating service during weekend shifts

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, respectful manner
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to take initiative
- Able to work independently, especially on weekends
- Someone who enjoys working in a small, tight-knit team
