Your Opportunity at SECURE:
As our Account Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day customer service, field operations, and business development activities for the Specialty Chemicals business line. The Team:

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position supporting the surrounding area of Whitecourt, AB. Field visits and local travel will be required.

A Day in The Life:

- Support senior account managers with customer inquiries, product deliveries, and service coordination.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with ordering and product delivery as required.
- Help identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Conduct product testing and assist in preparing technical reports and presentations.
- Build strong working relationships with customers through responsive communication and follow-up.
- Participate in safety meetings, site visits, and community engagement initiatives.
- Provide weekly updates on customer activity, plans, and future business opportunities.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

- A post-secondary diploma or degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A strong interest in learning about production chemicals and field operations in the oil and gas industry.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a desire to grow within the organization.

Nice to have:

- Previous exposure to oil and gas operations or industrial environments
- Basic knowledge of chemical handling or laboratory testing.
