Account Manager – Whitecourt , AB

We're part of a diverse group of companies with interests spanning wholesale distribution, oilfield services, lubricants, and safety supplies. We're currently seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Whitecourt team.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and proactive account management.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal experts on joint sales calls.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory using our CRM tools.
- Set and achieve monthly performance targets with support from your sales manager.
- Guide and support the inside sales and operations team to prioritize customer needs.
- Be a team player—cross-training and collaboration are part of our culture.

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Strong territory management, prospecting, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Ecommerce experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
