**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily office administration: document management, scheduling, data entry
- Assist with accounting tasks: basic bookkeeping, invoice preparation, expense tracking, reconciliations
- Assist with sales tasks: quoting, order processing, customer communications
- Support digital marketing initiatives: manage company website and social media, assist with online advertising campaigns
- Efficiently use Microsoft Access and other Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Provide accurate reports and maintain records (administrative, financial, and sales)
- Support logistics coordination and office operations as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position
- Basic accounting knowledge; experience with bookkeeping software is an asset
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude
- Ability to support the sales and management team as needed
