**Responsibilities**

Accounts Payable (Full Cycle)
- Process invoices, ensure accuracy, and proper approvals are in place.
- Setup new vendors, and maintain existing vendor records.
- Cut cheques, send EFTs, and other forms of payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with internal signing authorities.
- Post daily purchases from Ford of Canada - Accurately post daily transactions related to extended service plans, warranty claims and other daily postings as required.
- Serve as a backup for reception, greeting visitors and answering phone calls (lunch & vacation coverage).
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status.
- Other accounting duties as required.

Administrative Assistant
- Assist the dealership in running smoothly.
- HR Support - Assist with creating new job postings, preparing welcome packages, and posting jobs.
- IT Support - provide day-to-day computer support to staff, troubleshooting minor issues and creating initial service ticket with support provider.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of automotive industry practices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,360.00-$40,560.00 per year
