**As Accounting Technician, You Will**:

- Provide ongoing assistance to Accounts Receivable and Payable, and to the Financial Controller
- Record accounts receivable and payable transactions
- Prepare general reconciliations (i.e. credit cards)
- Intercompany account maintenance
- Assist in the production of invoices, statements, and financial reports
- Prepare detailed account reconciliations, including charges, adjustments, payments
- Manage workflow with multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Assist with Administrative duties, including file maintenance, data entry, and documentation
- Ensure adequate documentation is collected and maintained
- Other duties as assigned/required

**Who You Are**:

- A love for working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance different priorities and duties
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Strong communication skills

**What You Bring**:

- Previous accounting and/or bookkeeping experience an asset
- Experience working with accounting software such as Sage is an asset
- Basic knowledge of accounting, administrative procedures, and regulations
- Experience working with Microsoft software including Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and produce high quality work
- Ability to work as an individual and as a part a team
