**Overview**
**Duties**
- Organize projects, including ordering projet locates, compiling packages and readying them for project manager
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and accounts payable records using QuickBooks.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including typing correspondence and proofreading documents.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Handle customer service inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an construction based administrative role with clerical responsibilities.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrating attention to important details pertaining to the task at hand
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a construction environment is REQUIRED.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

- Markham, ON L3R 5J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
