Working within our **friendly** office team and frequently **collaborating** with Service Coordinators and Managers, you’ll translate technical work orders into clear, **professional** invoices that generate revenue. This role acts as the bridge between our field technicians and our customers, ensuring billing is **accurate**, **detailed**, and reflects quotes.

With your **thoroughness**, accuracy and ability to move through an office **efficiently**, you’re a **key player** in a **busy** and **growing** organization. We love a **flexible team player**with an infectious **positive** attitude and a passion for plowing through a to-do list.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Collaborate** with the Service team to ensure invoices accurately reflect completed work.
- Review and **interpret work orders** into QuickBooks to support **efficient**, high-volume, customer-friendly **invoicing**.
- Cross-reference completed work against original quotes to ensure **accuracy** and **consistency.**:

- Maintain **organized** records of work orders, quotes, and final invoices.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Spot opportunities for **continuous improvement** initiatives.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a **busy office** role_; _trades experience a major asset.
- Strong attention to **detail** and **accuracy,**excellent **written communication**skills.
- Demonstrates superior **interpersonal** skills to enhance a **positive** team environment.
- Highly self-motivated, **dependable**, and works with a sense of **urgency**.
- Ability to **translate technical information** for general audiences.
- **Prioritizes** multiple tasks effectively and **efficiently** with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and happy to embrace **change**.
- Ability to work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Occasionally, your schedule may be adjusted to meet company needs, which could include working from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

**WHAT WE OFFER**
- **$28 to $33/hr**. based on experience
