**Job Description**:
Crossroads C&I is seeking a SHIPPING COORDINATOR to fill a permanent opening in our Coquitlam warehouse.

We are a leading wholesale distributor of mechanical insulation products.

Wages start at $22.00 per hour and up depending on the applicant’s qualifications and previous experience.

Work hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

**Job Description**:
The Shipping Coordinator reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for completing paperwork for the shipping office and for keeping the shipping office organized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete Bills of Lading
- Book Outbound Shipments.
- Log shipped orders
- Keep the shipping office organized and manage paper flow
- Check orders
- Pick orders when required
- General warehouse duties with a focus on safety and adherence to our ISO 9000 standards

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Punctual
- A positive attitude
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Good listening and communication skills
- Well organized with good attention to detail
- Ability to cope in a fast paced environment
- Good math and organizational skills
- Experience in a warehouse environment is an asset.
