Skanna Systems & Investigations Inc. is currently looking for a Full-time Security Guard in North York, Ontario.

**Job Details**:

- Corporate Reception security guard.
- Full-time.
- Flexible - Shifts - Mornings 0830-1730 (timings might differ by 30 mins - 1 hr)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Use telecommunications (i.e. two-way radio, cell phone, telephone paging systems). Enforce regulations of establishments.
- Issuing Visitor Badges and reception duties
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Respond to alarms, bomb threats, and other emergencies.
- Visitor Access Control.
- Maintain order and follow and adhere to post orders.
- Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.
- Monitor security cameras.
- Operate security control room equipment.
- Patrolling.
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
- Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism.
- Report writing.

**Qualifications, Required License, or Certification**:

- Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- CPR Level C Certified.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s license and consistent access to a vehicle.
- Must be available to do rotational shift work: mornings, afternoons & weekends.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional work ethics.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Exceptional Customer Service.
