Aosom Canada Inc., a fast growing eCommerce company, with direct importing products from our HQ in China. We are now looking for an HR Generalist/Supervisor to help develop a superior workforce, direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services

**Responsibilities: (include, but not limit to)**
- recruiting and staffing
- employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
- employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
- employee relations;
- company-wide committee facilitation;
- company employee and community communication;
- compensation and benefits administration;
- Provide employee services and counseling.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Prepare termination and severance letters

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years HR Generalist experience in relevant environment;
- Possess University degree or higher;
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and HR skills;
- Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretion;
- Good organizational, and time management skills;
- Excellent computer knowledge in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Microsoft Office with good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
