**Summary**
As the E-Commerce Manager at Voir Haircare, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales strategy and enhancing our digital presence. Located in Canada, this position is essential for connecting our luxurious haircare products with customers worldwide, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon storefront, including inventory, pricing, and listing optimization
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, improve rankings, and increase product visibility
- Oversee Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC), analyzing data and adjusting bids to maximize ROAS
- Manage backend (FBA/FBM logistics, A+ Content, Brand Registry, customer reviews & responses)
- Coordinate promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns with Amazon calendar Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies
- Maintain and optimize the Shopify store (product pages, landing pages, content updates)
- Work with the creative and marketing team to launch new product drops, bundles, and campaigns
- Analyze Shopify sales performance and customer behavior to inform UX and CRO improvements
- Implement apps or tools to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and AOV
- Track inventory and coordinate with fulfillment/logistics team
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience in Amazon and Shopify management (preferably in beauty, wellness, or CPG)
- Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce, marketplace mechanics, and digital merchandising
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and Shopify backend
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven
- Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
- Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, GA4, TikTok Shop, or international marketplaces
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
