**About the Role**:
In collaboration with our L’Oréal client, Manager, E-commerce you will be a responsible for carrying out the E - commerce function, strategy and practice for our client L’Oréal (E-retail, Amazon focus). You will work closely with our brands, stakeholder clients and internal team to provide best advice, plan and monitor E-commerce strategy, focused on business understanding and meeting KPI’s. Also, to get a rapid access to full funnel, beta & practices, you’ll also be in charge with your team of the Digital brand Unit, composed of few (3-4) brands with E-retail business Model.

Finally, you’ll be leading the Amazon practice, through Amazon planning (cross brands) & Amazon search leading.

You will provide strategic direction and oversight of planning as well as communication to the client/internal teams and partners. This role is an essential part of our client’s digital evolution and increase of their part of the e-retail weight of business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, manage, and optimize listings for clients on their online marketplaces, including Amazon Marketplace and Instacart.
- Coordinate marketing for online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization.
- Monitor competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces.
- Create Amazon Marketplace branded store fronts.
- Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems.
- Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales.
- Help ensure that high potential clients reach their performance goals quickly and stay active and healthy.
- Manage a portfolio of clients using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance. Support the development of these clients ongoing independent growth and success.
- Build campaign optimization proposals that are meaningful, compelling, and relevant to clients
- Customize proposals outlining the benefits of advertising products such as Search and Display advertising, including bid/budget/targeting strategies to increase advertising revenue
- Work with technical account management, sales, development, and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking client’s performance.
- Provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years’ experience in client-facing data analysis roles.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in E-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent
- Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting
- Experience in merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce preferred
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central
- Digital media planning experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Deep expertise in omni-channel marketing, display, OTT/video, search advertising
- Work experience in digital media including search/display advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development
- Experience with digital advertising solutions such as Google Analytics and Amazon Platform
- Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of statistics, including means, medians and distribution analysis.
- Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the advertiser.
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and experience buying and selling on Amazon Marketplace
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience
- Demonstrated ability with interpreting large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners
