**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure excellent service experience for customers by addressing tech issues promptly and empathically, and within Company parameters
- Make time entries every day to track work done for customers and changes made to their systems, which facilitates correct invoicing
- Assemble, configure, install, and dispose of computer hardware and software
- Recognize patterns in system issues and troubleshooting to identify causes
- Document solutions, upgrades, configurations, and processes for future reference
- Actively monitor, detect, and remove malwares and non-authorized software
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment and network closets
- Share knowledge with coworkers, with our customers’ best interest in mind
- Strive to reduce cost by automating systems and eliminating paper
- Continually update job knowledge by reading professional publications
- Adhere to Company and customer policies, including health and safety

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years’ experience with troubleshooting and working with hardware, software, networking, and security system issues (call centre experience nice-to-have)
- Successful completion of technical school curriculum
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
- Track record of success in finding new solutions through experimenting
- Proficient in network performance tuning, LAN knowledge and network design
- Strong knowledge of computer standard equipment and operating systems
- Excellent keyboard skills; able to type at least 60 words per minute accurately
- Solid communication skills and pleasant telephone manner
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours
- Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license and clean driving record
- Nice to have: French language skills
