**OVERVIEW OF POSITION**

As the manager of a Ghost Kitchen, this position will be responsible for all kitchen operations. You will train and build a hard-working, efficient, and knowledgeable team to create seamless operational experiences for all our customers; manage and analyze KPIs, and focus on ways to drive sales.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- All day-to-day management activities as needed in store.
- Hire, train and motivate a high performing staff
- Monitor day to day financial interactions with 3party delivery partners
- Manage the guest experience including drivers, customers, and all visitors.
- Constantly monitor standards for Health & Safety, WHMIS, Food Safety, and Employment rights in store.
- Lead and inspire kitchen team to deliver consistent execution of brands promises, and manage all store level KPIs including but not limited to:

- Inventory management / Ordering
- Scheduling
- Training
- 3rd party app management
- Hiring

**ABOUT YOU**
- 4+ years of experience working in a restaurant environment
- Strong leadership record with the ability to influence and build trust and rapport with staff members, confronting and resolving issues and ability to overcome resistance
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Results focused leader that consistently drives for business results
- Strong analytical and organizational ability to problem solving and pivot
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, collaboration, and relationship management skills including use of Microsoft Office, Google Suite etc.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently to prioritize work and resources
- All hands-on deck approach to achieving company success

**Schedule Expectations**

Our kitchens are open early and stay open late so shifts are flexible but will include weekends, and holidays.
