**Company Information**

Cosmaroma Inc. is a leader in retail/wholesale home renovation supplies. We are currently operating 10 retail outlets nationwide and expanding.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.).
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
- Collaboratively work with the head office when new employees are entering the company.
- Updating employee records for easier navigation.
- Following procedures and standards to reach the company's expectations.
- Additional store manager duties as needed,

**Requirements**:

- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
- Experience in the home renovation industry is an asset.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good scheduling abilities.

Pay may vary depending on the experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Retail management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
