The Fire Place is a local family-owned and operated business where you will find personalized service that goes above and beyond to satisfy our customers. We are currently expanding and looking for full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

**What You'll do as Inside Sales Representative**:
Sell products, goods and services to new and existing customers

Manage the sales process from the initial point of contact to job completion and follow up on a timely basis

Directly assist customers when they enter the store to help them find the product best suited for them

Provide advice and information about products and services we offer

Estimate/Quote prices

Checking inventory availability

**Experience**

Experience working in a sales-driven, customer service environment an asset

Experience in the Hearth or HVAC Industry an asset

**Required Skills and Knowledge**
- Organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive work attitude
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
