Overview:
Fastening House Atlantic is a locally owned and operated company that services the construction and industrial markets in the Maritime Provinces. Fastening House Atlantic’s longevity has been consistently demonstrated over the past 30 years with a well-established customer base, excellent supplier relationships, and long standing employees.
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be crucial member of our sales team by building strong relationships with each customer and supporting outside sales represenatives. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about their work and would like to advance their career into a management position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
- Present product information and benefits to potential customers
- Prompt handling of customer service request including, but not limited to, order entry, quoting, expediting, and billing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Patriciate in training sessions, trade shows, branch meetings and sales meetings as requested.

**Skills**:

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Knowledge of construction and industrial sales or market is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
