The Business Operations Specialist will put our internal customers first by acting as the liaison between the Adoption & Engagement team and internal stakeholders. You will combine your formidable business organization and communication skills with your ability to provide recommendations based on analytics. The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Adoption & Engagement assets and training programs to other departments within the company. In order to succeed, you will have to be driven and self-motivated, checking up with internal stakeholders and staying on the lookout for chances to build new partnerships and deepen relationships.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Analyze data and use it to create reports on trends, including but not limited adoption and engagement of the Lone Wolf suite of products
- Create and maintain the Adoption & Engagement asset library
- Liaise between multiple Product teams and the Adoption & Engagement team to keep the team up to date on product changes and updates
- Market and promote Adoption & Engagement offerings to the organization and influence the strategy to end users
- Facilitate good communication between and provide coordination for teams working on a project, including the marketing, research and development, and testing teams.
- Help create business plans for the department by studying the adoption and engagement metrics as well as industry trends.
- Set specific goals for projects, including distribution to team members, and ensure that these goals are being met.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- EXPERIENCE:

- Experience with collecting and analyzing key performance metrics
- Project management and training experience is preferred
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, diverse and dynamic environment.
- Some experience with Salesforce preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal skills for working with multiple departments
- Have an inquisitive mindset and learn through questioning
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills
