**Job Description Warehouse Supervisor**
- **Warehouse Supervision**:

- Supervise employees when they are working in the shop.
- Key supervision requirements: safety, frame-build (assembly)
- Keep warehouse organized and clean according to company’s rules & expectations
- Maintain a safe work environment in the warehouse to enforce health and safety policies and regulations in the workplace
- Check toolboxes daily to make sure the contents match the toolbox checklist
- Make sure equipment is charged and ready to be sent to the job sites
- Make sure vehicles are parked in designated sports in the warehouse
- Coach, lead and mentor all warehouse employees for frame build
- Manage cardboard, garbage, and scrap metal runs when required
- **Shipping & Receiving**:

- Unload and receive containers and other deliveries, check for damages, label products
- Perform inventory control and submit damaged material reports
- Stock organization by ensuring materials are allocated to designated areas
- Prepare and pack orders for shipping according to the Work Orders
- Ensure orders are packed safely and strapped when needed
- Keep track of consumables inventory: shirts, earplugs, gloves etc.
- Notify office about product shortages
- **Frame Build & Assembly**:

- Build frames according to work orders and assembly guides
- Plan & schedule frame build to ensure of orders are ready on time
- Responsible for maintaining acceptable levels of quality control
- Work with the supervisory and management team to develop a work environment that promotes good working relationships and ongoing communication with employees
- Taking part in any other related projects or tasks as needed
- Assisting with producing in-house products
- Assisting with on-site installation(s)

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Post secondary education in a related field or experience deemed equivalent
- Have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
- Be a leader, a good communicator, and a convener
- Possess excellent organization and time-management skills
- Safe work history with a commitment to adhere to safe work policies and procedures
- Your own steel toed safety boots
- To be reliable and punctual
- To have a strong work ethic, and be capable of sustaining physical activity for the duration of an 8-10 hour shift
- To be able to learn new tasks and follow instructions.
- To be able to perform repetitive work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handling heavy loads
- Ability to act quickly and decisively in emergencies
- Valid driver’s license
- Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) with OSSA Regional or
- Basic Safety Orientation (BSO) or Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Forklift certification & Fall Protection
- First Aid Certificate

- 8 hour shift (some paid overtime will be required)
