Langley, Canada RR Plett Trucking Full time

RR Plett Trucking is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Warehouse Worker will receive, store, label and distribute products to the right customers. You will work closely with the Production and Inventory teams to ensure that products are received in the correct quantities and quality. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

**Essential Functions**:

- Receive, store, and stock products in the Langley warehose
- Record all product received accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain warehouse
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and report any issues to appropriate personnel
- Operate a forklift (if available) to move product (as needed) throughout the warehouse
- Clean warehouse area and equipment
- Shunting trailers in/out of doors as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply/divide) are required.
- Good communication skills are required. Ability to write clearly and concisely is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Forklift experience is preferred.
- Willing to work extended hours as needed. Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Class 1 licence preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in Langley, BC.

**Work Environment**:

- Warehouse - climate controlled; high noise level; office style format; fast paced; office environment; fast paced pace; noise level; dust environment. Warehouse work can be done on the computer or with equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
