Excel Restoration Inc. is looking for an organized and self-motivated office manager who will be responsible for providing administrative support. The role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, specific job-related tasks, ensuring priorities are accomplished and helping to manage day-to-day administrative operations to keep our very busy office running smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ year (s) of relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Basic bookkeeping/accounting
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

**Responsibilities will include the following**:

- A/P entry and payment
- Invoicing and A/R
- Bank deposits
- Assist project managers as needed
- Generate job costing reports as requested
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Answering telephone and taking detailed messages and/or connecting the caller with the appropriate person
- Maintain common spaces for appearance and functionality and manage office supply levels as well as computer equipment and digital tools for a smooth operation in our office and for our technicians in the field.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30 (hours somewhat negotiable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
