We are seeking an experienced and driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s transition from ethnic markets to a mainstream audience. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of packaging design, brand development, and marketing strategy. As Trade Marketing Manager, you will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to enhance our brand presence, improve packaging, and drive engagement at trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- **Packaging Improvement**: Lead the redesign of product packaging to enhance appeal and align with mainstream market expectations.
- **Brand Positioning**: Develop and execute strategies to transition the brand from ethnic to mainstream appeal, maintaining brand integrity throughout.
- **Marketing & Branding**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to build cohesive marketing plans.
- Establish a consistent brand voice and identity, ensuring all marketing tools align with brand guidelines.
- **Design & Photoshop Skills**: Utilize design software (Photoshop and other design tools) to create, edit, and finalize packaging and marketing materials.
- **Trade Show Strategy**: Oversee trade show planning, utilizing discounts and other promotional tactics to strengthen mainstream market conversions.
- **Marketing Tools**: Work alongside the sales team to develop and refine marketing tools that drive brand engagement and sales.
- **Web Design & Digital Presence**: Manage website content and design updates to maintain a polished, user-friendly site that reflects brand values.
- **Supplier Collaboration**: Liaise with suppliers to establish specifications, branding elements, and dimensions for packaging and displays.
- **Portfolio Management**: Curate a portfolio showcasing packaging improvements and design work for internal and external presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, and packaging design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and web design tools.
- Strong **portfolio** with examples of packaging design improvements, demonstrating branding expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing finalization of product dimensions and branding elements.
Additional Information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
