**As a Tax Utilization Coordinator your responsibilities will include**:

- Have the ability to be two steps ahead and anticipate needs, changes and challenges before they arise
- Are comfortable working with all team members on scheduling, decision making and execution of processes in place
- Can communicate clearly, effectively and with confidence face to face and in writing

**Some of your day to day tasks will include**:

- Connecting with people from all of our offices across your region and across the country to accurately update and maintain schedules in our scheduling software in a timely manner
- Assigning appropriate client service personnel to engagements. This will involve assessing the engagement needs, reviewing available options, and recommending people that meet the requirements of the clients
- Responding and resolving scheduling requests in a timely manner and facilitate conflict resolution with those impacted
- Assisting with coordination and onboarding of new hires as needed with the People and Culture Team
- Working closely with a dynamic team including a Resource Manager and Scheduling Coordinators on prioritization of tasks and projects
- Providing administrative, reporting and project support to the team as required

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in an office environment, ideally in professional services
- Proficiency with MS office suite, particularly MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Proven client service focus, with an ability to resolve issues quickly, with a sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities
