Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef for Indian Curries to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and team management. If you have a passion for creating delicious dishes and leading a culinary team, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the management team
- Oversee Indian food preparation, ensuring high-quality and consistent dishes
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new cooking techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a Indian restaurant or food service establishment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of menu planning and recipe development
- Proficient in managing inventory and controlling costs
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $9,000.00 per month
