Accounts Payable Administrator

The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice submission, processing, and payment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) is required.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- Receive, verify, match & post invoices for properties
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain vendor accounts & relationships
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Assist in month-end procedures
- Creating and Tracking Spreadsheets
- Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- The individual MUST have proficient knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Intermediate to Advanced level using Microsoft Excel
- Very Strong capabilities of using Microsoft Outlook at an advanced level
- Experience using Sage products
- Excellent organization and prioritizing skills
- Extremely detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to work independently and be a team player, and take initiative to get things done
- Very Proficient in other Microsoft and Adobe Suite such as Word, etc.
- Typing skills at 50wpm (or more) is an asset
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
